Her eyes were the most piercing blue Her hair was the most golden hue
Her mom was in front in the queue
Where she went I have not a clue
Perhaps I hope I will see you soon
Perhaps that night I’ll see a blue moon
Perhaps then I can openly swoon
Serenade you with a song that I’ll croon
But until then my bubble is fragile
Hoping you’re not full of guile
Stealer of hearts so agile
The next time I see you, someone please remind me to smile
