While I really am really really really sorry about the Saturday evening at timbre, maybe you might like to know the circumstances which happened prior to you 3’s arrival.
Firstly, I placed reservations for 7 people. Including me, chris, harry, wanhua, az, you & lzk. Josh said he’ll drop by so im like ok. (+ 1 is ok.) WH told me on that night that Weijie is coming. Then, She told me that Rebecca might come too AND tadah all 3 came. From what I understand, they usually DO ADD EXTRA seats, but I guess that night they got damn pissed for some reason on saturday night because no one except me & chris & harry showed up b4 9pm & we couldnt hold the table for long. So they wanted to split up our table at 9.30pm, we let them and we took the single table. Just then, weijie & az showed up. After they koped the chairs from the larger table behind, we got scolded by them--- he said we cant just take chairs, as we please. So we were like okkkkkk… Fine. But he kindly moved us to the bigger table behind.
After that, you guys called me at 10+pm, and I didn’t know that the guy didn’t want to give us anymore seats by then. Honestly, I didn’t know & I wouldn’t have known & I wasn’t intending to mess with him after all the trouble we have given him. I guess telling them to give us extra 3 seats was the last straw for the manager. By now, I can only say that really sorry for causing all the trouble for u 3. I didn’t expect all the sudden changes & the lack of hospitality from the timbre management in their quest to earn more profits but at the same time, they might also be trying to stay fair to the people queuing outside. I cant do anything to make it up to you, & letting u go through all that frustration. Plus, I know I would be damn pissed off if I were in your position. One thing for sure, if we wanna go timbre again, everyone gotta show up before 9pm, because they seem to be really anal about this & I had no idea.
Maybe the alternative then, was to tell you guys that maybe its not such a good idea to come afterall. But that's even suckier. I really dont know. Sorry…
