I spent 27th May (Sunday) baking cookies with Aziz who had kindly agreed to help me with it. Haha, since he has been boasting about how great his CNY cookies were. Hahaha. Well, so we followed this recipe- Biggie Choc-chip Cookies by Betty Saw. The first batch was burnt unfortunately. Thankfully the second & third came out fine. My ex colleagues loved them alot, so much credit went to Aziz to being my manual "electric mixer on low speed" substitute. Haha. Josh came over at 4+ with his guitar to serenade us while we put cookie dough into the oven. The two guys then passed the guitar around and of course I was appreciative of their musical efforts. Heheh. They even tried to teach me, but i failed miserably. (Alright alright, I'll cut my fingernails.) Hah, but it was fun catching up & hearing them bitch about NS.
Fast forward to Wednesday, which was my last day of work. Apparently, hardly anyone knew that I didnt cut short my contract voluntarily and they were asking why I'm leaving. Haha, thanks for showing your reluctance. I'll miss you all. Sniff sniff, but I couldnt wait to get done with that horrible monotonous checking work. Urgh. Nevertheless, they made my farewell really sweet because they presented me with a farewell card & gift. I was uber touched.
After a painstaking photo-taking session because Jaz was being extremely fussy about the lightning & composition, i headed to town to meet Mad for dinner. After a nice meal at Cedele, we met WH & us 3 trooped over to Monty's Bar at Boat Quay. We got the entire upper floor to ourselves, and we had the most tiring game of pool ever. We played pool & danced at the same time. Damn exhausting. Hur hur, but I'm too lazy to post the video here. It was really hilarious though. Mad looks like duracell bunny. haha. Well, thank goodness we didnt go club, because it was a human traffic jam at all nightspots. My bus journey home was delayed due to the traffic jam next to MOS at clarkquay at 12+midnight!

Then, I went to Marina Square to meet HT & AZ for Pirates 3.Jack Sparrow never fails to charm. Haha.

I insisted on choc mint icecream cos I liked it. (oops?)
FYI, that was merely a plastic cigarette handphone accessory.
Now I guess this was highlight of the night.
I was super super reluctant to take this ride.
You know about my fear of heights. haha.
But well AZ wouldnt go if i didnt join him & HT.
Darn. So yeah, i had to stop being chicken & went for it anyway.
Haha. What ensued was pretty comical.
The guy who strapped me in asked if i had an older sister.
Nehs, I dont. Haha.
But anyway, ss usual I was being dramatically pitiful,
strapped down in my seat, on my route to hell.
I made quite a scene & the passerbys took out their cameras/videocams to snap pictures!!!
At my expense! I swear I made good publicity for this G-MAX reverse bungee ride.
So... I was clinging on for my dear life & Poof I was threw into the air.
I was screaming my lungs out as i yo-yoed up & down 9 storeys at 200kmh.
Falling facewards was DAMN frightening.
Even bopping on top of the world was enough to freak me out.
Nevertheless, I got to enjoy the nightview from the top. Haha.
It's gorgeous. Pay 30bucks to get thrown outta space and then see clarkquay from above.
Haha. When we finally went down, i saw this significantly larger crowd of spectators.
I must have put on a brilliant show of screaming.
Well, I'd say that the experience was memorable, at the very least.

Hua & I went to visit HT at IMM, the place wheres HT is working at. Then I watched Shrek 3 with HT & Kevin in the evening. It's extremely entertaining. Please go catch it. :)
